You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, resale in violation of these terms, or abuse of our returns process.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, materials and capacity. Product photographs are representative; slight variation in color may occur between screens and physical goods, and natural leather grain varies by piece.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and refund that item in full.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination where we have a tax obligation.

Compare-at prices reflect our own former selling price for the same item, not a manufacturer's suggested retail price.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. Payment is captured at the time your order is placed.

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or limit any order, including orders that appear to be for resale, orders flagged by our fraud screening, or orders exceeding reasonable household quantities.

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value. Promotional pricing applies to orders placed during the stated promotional window only and cannot be applied retroactively.

Our lifetime hardware guarantee and product-specific warranties are set out in the Return & Refund Policy and form part of these terms.

Except as expressly provided, the site and products are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayfare Gear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on this site, including the Wayfare Gear name, logo, product photography, product designs and written copy, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

By submitting a product review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe the rights of others. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The terms in effect at the time you place an order govern that purchase.
